Liputan6.com, Polman: Jajaran Unit Perlindungan Anak dan Perempuan (PPA) Kepolisian Resor Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat, sejak empat bulan terakhir disibukkan dengan banyaknya laporan kasus perkosaaan yang menimpa anak-anak sekolah di bawah umur. Selama pertengahan April 2010, kasus perkosaan yang dilaporkan ke Unit PPA mencapai empat kasus. Jumlah ini naik 50 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya rata-rata hanya dua kasus per bulan. Belum termasuk laporan ke polsek setempat.

Kepada SCTV, Sabtu (17/4), Kepala Unit PPA Polres Polewali Mandar Inspektur Polisi Satu Amir Les mengatakan, mudahnya akses situs-situs porno melalui internet diduga menjadi salah satu pemicu maraknya kasus ini. Sejumlah situs tak layak tonton telah ditutup pemerintah setempat. Tapi rupanya tak menghalangi anak-anak sekolah mengakses situs porno lain, imbuh Amir.

Amir menjelaskan, modus kejahatan perkosaan beragam. Mulai dari sama-sama suka, korban diiming-imingi sesuatu materi yang menggiurkan, dinikahi di bawah umur, atau dibawa lari pelaku dari kampung halaman. Pelakunya pun beragam, mulai dari korban diperkosa pelaku seorang diri, sampai korban diperkosa secara bergilir hingga tak sadarkan diri karena syok.

Seperti kasus perkosaan yang menimpa seorang pelajar SMP di Polewali. Dampaknya tak hanya batal ikut ujian sekolah karena syok, korban juga trauma dan mengurung diri di rumah. Sejumlah pelaku memang berhasil ditangkap setelah korban mengadu ke polisi. Namun sebagian pelaku kini dalam pengejaran polisi [baca: Trauma perkosaan, Siswi SMP Batal Ikut UN].

Agar menimbulkan efek jera, para pelaku akan dijerat Pasal 81 dan 82 Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak. Ancaman hukuman mencapai 15 tahun penjara.(ARL/AIS)
